Flexible crepe tubes
Insulation tubes made of cable crepe paper according to IEC 60243, 60250, 60554 are used for the high-voltage insulation of lines in transformers. The composition of the base material and the quality of the finished products allow the tubes to be used in converters, cables and Equipment with high demands. By using different base papers with the appropriate creping we provide flexible and yet stable crepe tubes in different dimensions with good installation qualities.

• Bonded at the end of the outer layer
• Tubes of bigger dimensions are additionally internally bonded
• Crepe direction crosswise to tube length
• Flexible and yet highly stable
• Good compatibility with liquid insulation materials
• Fineness, elasticity and thinness of the base papers result in a high electrical stability of the end products
• Complete oil impregnation in short run when used in oil distribution transformers

Inner diameter 3.0 – 80 mm, alternatively in inches
Wall thickness 0.5 – 5 mm
Length 700/1000/1200 mm uncut
Individual dimensions:
We manufacture tubes with an inner diameter > 80 mm and/or a wall thickness above 5 mm according to the customer’s specifications. Crepe tube sections with cut ends can also be manufactured.
Non-flexible tubes made of smooth paper
Insulation tubes made of smooth cable paper according to IEC 554-2 are used for the high-voltage insulation of lines in high-voltage transformers.
Features:
• Insulation material class A (105 C) according to VDE 0530
• Bonded at the end of the outer layer
• Tubes of bigger dimensions are in addition internally bonded
• High stability
• Well compatible with liquid insulation materials
• Complete oil impregnation in short run when used in oil distribution transformers

We produce tubes with an inner diameter > 30 mm and/or a wall thickness above 5mm according to the customer’s specifications. Crepe tube sections with cut ends can also be made.
